Here's the living room wall opposite the balcony. The wallpaper has been replaced by paint, and the carpeting by tile and an aaarrrrea rug.

This is the side of the living room that includes the balcony door. It's a little crowded with stuff we were working on, and there seems to be a homeless person sacked out on the couch. See a couple of the older pictures of the damaged room for comparison.
